Evangelical Church
Evangelical Church is one of the most beautiful and impressive Gothic building in Transylvania. It was built in 1520 on the place of an old Romanic basilica since the 12th century. In front of the church is found the statue of Bishop Georg Daniel Teutsch (1817-1893) built in 1899. Inside the church has Gothic style, with arched vaults and tombstones on the walls of the north.
Small Square
Small Square or "the little ring" built in XIV-XVI century is the old commercial center of the castle. The market is divided into two distinct parts by Ocnei street which descends beneath the Liars' Bridge to the city below.
Northern side of the market follows the contour of the second belt of fortifications, in a circular shape. Buildings on the left side of Ocnei street have a concave shape and follow the contour of the first belt of fortifications, separating the Huet Square and Small Square.
